We are honored that you have chosen The Clinic for your healthcare needs. Our story began when Dr. Ali came to Eastern Kentucky in 1995 and opened his first practice in Phelps, KY. In 2000, he founded The Clinic in South Williamson, KY, with a commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality care to the community he serves.

Today, our team includes an Internal Medicine physician, a Family Nurse Practitioner, experienced and compassionate nursing staff, and a dedicated office team committed to making every patient feel welcomed and cared for.

From the beginning, Dr. Ali’s guiding principle has been simple: treat every patient as if they were a member of his own family. That philosophy continues to guide everything we do.

We take pride in getting to know our patients and their families. We recognize that every person is unique, with their own health needs, life experiences, and challenges. We celebrate every milestone and achievement alongside our patients and are honored to be part of their healthcare journey through the years.

Our providers are available Monday through Friday, and we strive to accommodate same-day appointments whenever possible for unexpected health concerns. We encourage patients to schedule annual physicals, chronic condition follow-ups, and routine visits in advance to ensure they receive the care and attention they deserve.
